When is Dublin Detour 2008?

Dublin Detour 2008 runs from Thursday 7th August until Sunday 10th August 2008.

How Much Does The Tour Cost?

The price is only £219 per person.

Is there a limit on the amount of teams/tourists we can take to Dublin Detour?

There is no limit to the number of teams/tourists you can bring to Dublin Detour but we do require at least the minimum number of players per team for your sport. You can also bring supporters.

Where will we stay and will we stay together?

All teams are accommodated across 3 city centre hostels and your team(s) will be accommodated together. The hostels provide bedding but you will need to bring your own towels.

Is coach and ferry the only transportation option?

No, we do offer a discounted ground package only option which gives you the opportunity to arrange your own flights to Dublin. Ryanair fly from all over the UK to Dublin and letting you arrange your own flights will enable you to obtain the cheapest fares available. Please contact us for details and advice.

Can we split our group if some want to fly and some want to travel by coach?

That is absolutely fine. Please just indicate clearly how many people wish to fly on your booking form.

Where will the coach depart from?

The choice is yours, though a local pub or landmark are standard options.

Can we drink alcohol on the coach?

The consumption of alcohol on board your coach is totally at your drivers' discretion. So be polite, bring cleaning stuff, bin bags, ask the driver etc. and it should be fine (though don't try to take any glass bottles, glasses etc . on board!).

How long is the ferry journey?

The ferry journey is approximately three and a half hours long.

How much is the deposit and when is it due?

The deposit is £75 per person (which will be deducted from your final balance), spaces are limited so get your deposits in as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, this is going to be the event of 2008.
